Program Brief
This training program aims to prepare the participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to pass the exam for Saudi Capital Market Rules and Regulations- (Asset Managers)- (CME-4B), This exam is mandatory by the Capital Market Authority that is provided in cooperation with the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), for all registered persons under the managing activities, (For example but not limited to investment portfolio managers, fund managers and associated investment analysts). This training program covers topics related to Investment Funds Regulations, Real Estates Funds Regulations and Market Conduct Regulations.
Program Goals
At the end of the training program, the participant should be able to:
- Passing the professional exam to obtain the Certificate of Saudi Capital Market Rules and Regulations- (Asset Managers)- (CME-4B).
- Comprehensive knowledge of the regulations imposed on investment funds in Saudi Arabia established by the Capital Market Authority under the Capital Market Law and Investment Funds Regulations.
- Familiarity with the special obligations imposed on investment funds that invest in real estate and the main provisions of the Real Estate Investment Funds Regulations to verify that all conditions and requirements set by the Capital Market Author
- Full understanding of the expected behavior of financial market institutions when it is suspected that a violation of market manipulation or trading based on inside information has occurred to deal with it and act in accordance with the Market Con
