The Financial Sector Trainer Development Program “Irtiqaa” comes as one of the qualitative programs provided by the FA. The Program is based on a model that combines professional expertise and practical experience, as well as examining and analyzing the most popular local, regional and international case studies. It aims to enable the financial sector experts to upgrade their skills in areas of training; managing meetings, training workshops and panel discussions; and creating hands-on content.
The Program focuses on affording the opportunity to capitalize on the diversity of knowledge and experiences in the financial sector through attracting the financial and training talents needed by the sector from over 22 training sectors within the Financial Competency Index.
