The Financial Academy (FA) launched yesterday the second edition of its Future Financial Leaders Program (FFL 2024), which is scheduled to last for four months. The Program targets the financial sector's leading managers and candidates for leading roles.

The FA pointed out that the FFL is intended to activate and enrich the professional journey of the leading executives of the financial sector by preparing them for tomorrow's challenges and enabling them to forecast future outcomes and ward off potential risks in business environment. The Academy also explained that the Program would help those leaders visualize the optimal conditions for an organization's sustainability and business prosperity.

On his part, Mr. Mana Bin Mohammed Al-Khamsan, the CEO of the Financial Academy, commented that the FFL Program is the first of its kind in the Kingdom, as it was designed to approach its themes in a unique way, using various innovative methods and tools, which is compatible with the goals of Vision 2030's Financial Sector Development Program (FSDP).

Al-Khamsan clarified that this Program is a continuation of the efforts seeking to develop future leaders for the financial sector in partnership with global top-notch centers of excellence, with the participation of the best experts in the field.

“The FFL will primarily focus on the rapid developments in the financial sector, and how to envision and lead the future with a view to building and participating in mapping out a vision for transformation and delivering the future. In addition, professional guidance will be provided, while expert best practices and experiences as well as success stories in the financial sector will be highlighted," added Al-Khamsan.

It is noteworthy that the Future Financial Leaders Program 2024 is held in collaboration with three international partners, while 17 experts will take part in it. It is comprised of four modules: Envisioning the Future, Leading the Future, Building and Participation, and Transformation and Delivering the Future. The Program will include nine days of training as well as four one-on-one coaching sessions for each participant, while four sessions will be allocated for the captivating experiences. By the end of the FFL, the participants will acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for developing a forward-looking vision based on a careful review of future that is supported by stakeholders' cooperation to achieve it through a transformation process controlled by a competent conscious leadership.​
