This training program aims to prepare participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to pass the mandatory professional exam for the credit advisor, which is intended for all employees of service delivery channels, customer care, & financing preparation in the banking & finance sectors This program is designed to familiarize participants with the types of financing, financing products, instructions for providing a real estate financing product, the main steps and documents for obtaining financing products, in addition to shedding light on "SIMAH" for credit information and credit report form, in addition to understanding the operational and credit risks that clients may be exposed to, how to manage those risks, and review the relevant laws and regulations, which enable them to perform their duties towards clients and the beneficiary professionally and responsibly.
Program Goals
At the end of the training program, the participant should be able to:
- Full understanding of the credit risks that customers may be exposed to, in order to protect them efficiently & professionally.
- Be aware of the most important operational risks, in order to support dealing with them according to the best applicable methods.
- Increasing the knowledge of financing products for individuals, which helps to evaluate the appropriateness of the financing solution provided with the client’s needs, and evaluate the risks that the client may be exposed to.
- Get familiar with the relevant regulations & laws, to perform his job & fiduciary duties in accordance with the highest standards specified by law.
- Acquiring the knowledge, abilities & skills necessary to pass the mandatory professional exam for the credit counselor
