The academy announced that this test is for all the banks’ Obligation workforce. This certificate is one of the assessment tools that confirms the existence of the minimum level for the Obligation staff in banks. It includes of knowledge, skills, practices, and real-life examples related to the concept of specialized Obligation. The Financial Academy has collaborated with experts in the banking sector to design educational material according to Saudi market practices.​

In addition, the Financial Academy has recently launched the Basics of Retail Finance Test, which is considered to be one of the assessment tools that confirms the existence of the minimum level for the Obligation staff in banks and finance companies.​​
