The Financial Academy (FA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ZISHI, a UK-based provider of financial training and services. The move, which comes within the framework of boosting cooperation in the realms of training and research, is designed to enhance the capacities and skills of the securities industry leading cadres through specially tailored training programs. These programs are based on state-of-the-art leadership research as well as the application of the best internationally approved methods.

The MoU was signed by the Financial Academy CEO Mr. Mana bin Mohammad Al-Khamsan, and ZISHI CEO Mr. Chris Jenkins.

Al-Khamsan commented that the signing of the MoU with ZISHI reflected the FA's strategic directions aimed at supporting and strengthening the human capabilities in the financial sector through partnerships with the top-notch global, regional and local training institutions in order to offer the best training and development solutions.

"We also tend to depend on the internationally-recognized scientific studies that promote the professional excellence in our pursuit to develop the capabilities of human cadres of the securities industry, in a way that aligns with the aspirations of this sector and the goals of Financial Sector Development Program (FSDP), which is one of the Kingdom Vision 2030 programs," he added.

The CEO of the Financial Academy explained that the selection of ZISHI to be one of the FA's partners and to contribute to advancing the skills of the leading cadres of the securities industry was due to the company's expertise and reputation as one of the world's leading and prominent providers of professional training and qualifications for the global financial services sector with extensive experience that exceeds 25 years.
