Program Objectives​

Acquire a strategic vision for the financial industry that believes in teamwork to face challenges to achieve desired future.

Identify the requirements of the individual and collective changing leadership to apply them in the future.

Share skills and solutions with other leaders in different financial industries and environments to accelerate the process of gaining experiences.

Understand the relationship between the variables that affect the financial industry to determine the most important changes that will shape the financial industry’s future.

Determining the impact of decisions and the extent of flexibility in their implementation to reduce the side effects resulting from the implementation of future strategies.

Increase the network of knowledge and relationships from within and outside the financial sector, enabling them to seek innovative solutions to the challenges they face.

Program Requirements

  • Working experience at least one year in a leading position (Executive Director leading more than one department)

  • English language proficiency, writing, and speaking
