Aligned with the Kingdom’s 2030 vision in qualifying and developing national manpower, and within the Financial Academy’s strategy to support the progress of the financial sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The program aims to activate and intensify the professional journey of executives in the financial sector by preparing them for tomorrow’s challenges and predicting an uncertain future, in addition to managing business environment risks, as well as visualizing the optimal situation for the organization’s sustainability and business prosperity. This program is designed with unique offering and a variety of training methods and tools to be implemented over a period of four months.

A learning environment that will help participants to develop their skills by balancing theory and practice. The design of the program took into account the diversity of training methods through the inclusion of the program on interactive sessions with members of the training partners, the exchange of experiences with industry practitioners and leading executives in their industry

Identify the requirements of the individual and collective changing leadership to apply them in the future.
Share skills and solutions with other leaders in different financial industries and environments to accelerate the process of gaining experiences.
Understand the relationship between the variables that affect the financial industry to determine the most important changes that will shape the financial industry’s future.
Determining the impact of decisions and the extent of flexibility in their implementation to reduce the side effects resulting from the implementation of future strategies.
Increase the network of knowledge and relationships from within and outside the financial sector, enabling them to seek innovative solutions to the challenges they face.

Working experience at least one year in a leading position (Executive Director leading more than one department)
