With this in mind, our partnership with The Financial Academy (TFA) emerged to embody this belief, transforming it into a tangible reality. Over the past year, we worked alongside The Financial Academy on implementing a series of specialized training programs designed to promote awareness and adherence to compliance regulations and systems inside our company. Thanks to this productive collaboration, we managed to train more than 150 employees as part of our regular programs aimed to raise awareness of regulations, instructions and regulatory requirements. This has a direct positive impact on workplace, improving institutional discipline and strengthening commitment and professional responsibility. Our cooperation did not stop there however — as we pursued our development drive, enrolling 150 trainees in TFA's general programs as part of our plans for 2025. The courses covered various topics such as leadership, financial skills, strategic thinking, as well as other programs that could optimize our workforce readiness for future demands. What makes The Financial Academy stand out is not only its high quality programs, but also its adaptability to the specific needs of each organization, and its serious dedication as a partner and an enabler of the financial sector.
