About Program
The Financial Academy is launching the “Capital Market Sector Pioneers” program in collaboration with the Sector Skills Councils and the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). The program is fully supported by HRDF and The Financial Academy. This strategic national initiative aims to equip recent graduates with the capabilities needed to become the next generation of leaders in the capital market sector. The program offers an integrated nine-month learning journey that combines classroom training at The Financial Academy and live online training alongside practical experience supported by direct coaching and mentoring at participating financial institutions. This approach provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the sector and practical knowledge of its operations. The program includes more than 300 training hours designed to develop financial competencies and strengthen participants’ capabilities in financial market analysis, smart investing, and regulatory compliance, while building their understanding of the ethical and legal aspects of working in the sector. It also prepares participants to pass mandatory professional examinations and perform effectively across various capital market sector specialisations. The program concludes with a six-month supplementary period of on-the-job training to reinforce the knowledge and skills acquired and apply them in a real workplace environment, enhancing participants’ readiness for their professional roles. Registration in the program does not guarantee acceptance. The team will carefully review all elements of your application and ensure compliance with program requirements. Only accepted candidates will be contacted.
