This training program aims to prepare the participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to pass the exam for Saudi Capital Market Rules and Regulations- (Corporate Finance)- (CME-5B), This exam is mandatory by the Capital Market Authority that is provided in cooperation with the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), to all persons to be registered to perform a job specialized in corporate finance. This training program covers the necessary knowledge of the Capital Market Authority's Capital Market Authority’s implementing regulations related to corporate finance, such as the Rules of Offering Securities and Continuing Obligations, special purpose entities, the Regulation of Mergers and Acquisitions, in addition to the Regulation of Corporate Governance.
