The longest-running program of its kind in the world, Our flagship Leadership Development Program (LDP)® is a transformational, human-centered learning experience for mid-level leaders that is about maturing as an individual leader, leader of teams and member of organizations; becoming more aware, resilient and change adept; being more curious, compassionate, and courageous. It is about understanding organizational systems, understanding the power dynamics and pressures these systems place on the self and others, and learning to influence the system to achieve lasting results. It is about creating capacity to effectively navigate the uncertainty and complexity of this disruptive moment. It is about the journey “from here to there”.

Admission Criteria
The participant has at least 10 years of experience
"The participant must have a minimum of 10 years of practical experience in the relevant field, with a proven track record of professional accomplishments that demonstrate competence and expertise in areas related to the training program. Preference is given to participants with prior leadership or supervisory roles, enhancing their ability to contribute effectively to program discussions and maximize their benefits."
Currently holds a managerial position
"The participant must currently hold a managerial position in their field, enabling them to oversee teams or administrative operations. They are expected to possess the ability to make strategic decisions and guide teams toward achieving organizational goals."
Proficient in English, both spoken and written
"The participant must be proficient in English, both spoken and written, enabling them to engage effectively, participate in discussions, and communicate seamlessly with others throughout the training program."
