The Workshop We dive into macro changes effecting both global and KSA outlook and policy over the next decade or so. We examine the economic uncertainty as a result of higher inequality levels, the emergence of AI, and the collapse of the global ecosystem due to climate change, as core drivers on strategic policy over the coming decades. We then look at macro changes for three sectors – Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets/Investing – and dive into changing regulatory, market and administrative environments. The the audience will work in teams to score and assess their organization’s digital readiness aligned with Vision 2030 and emerging best practice. Specifically, the workshop will endeavor to tackle: • Gap Analysis from the Previous Workshop • Organizational Structure and Driver Changes • Reskilling of Executive Team/Broader Employee-base • Hiring Strategies • Impact of AI on business, and • Broader Policy Imperatives
