The program also covers personal effectiveness through personality assessments, the Johari Window, and self-development tools, alongside the concept of emotional intelligence, its five core components, and strategies for managing workplace pressure. The program concludes with self-management topics, including the Eisenhower Priority Matrix, the ten key elements of time management, problem-solving and personal and professional decision-making concepts, as well as personal accountability as a core value in the workplace. The program is delivered through an interactive approach that combines lectures, individual exercises, brainstorming activities, and discussion groups, enabling participants to directly apply what they learn to their personal realities. Participants ultimately leave the program with a clear personal road map and practical skills that accelerate their professional growth and career readiness.
