The Financial Academy invites ambitious graduates to join the Insurance Graduate Development Program, designed to equip young Saudi talent with the professional and technical skills required to launch their careers in entry-level positions within insurance companies, in alignment with the requirements of the Saudi insurance market and its regulatory environment. The 27-week program combines specialized training, practical learning, on-the-job training, and a graduation project Please note that registration for the program does not guarantee acceptance. Program Goals
Explain insurance and risk principles, terminology, lines of business and products in line with the regulatory environment of the Kingdom's insurance market.
Apply underwriting concepts, risk assessment and pricing across insurance lines: property and casualty, motor, medical, and protection and savings.
Execute the insurance company operations cycle and claims handling and technical assessment, and read financial statements and reports in line with international standards and governance controls.
Practise effective selling, customer service and negotiation skills, and apply anti-money-laundering, anti-fraud, operational risk management and compliance controls.
Meet the requirements to pursue the targeted professional certifications IFCE, FLMI Level 1 and Cert CII, and use data analysis tools and modern insurance technologies in the workplace.
