For the board of directors’ members, performing their role considering the knowledge of the legislation and policies regulating the business sector activities, as well governing the BoD duties is a cornerstone in making a real difference in the company’s performance. The program aims to familiarize the participants with the legislation and regulations of the Central Bank related to real-estate financing companies, in addition to reviewing the corporate governance regulations related to the sector. It also provides participants with the key accounting and accounting and financial concepts related to real-estate management that enable them to perform their role towards the company and its stakeholders professionally and responsibly.
