This training program aims to prepare the participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to pass the exam for Corporate Finance Foundations (CME-5A), This exam is mandatory by the Capital Market Authority that is provided in cooperation with the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), to all persons to be registered to perform a job specialized in corporate finance. Delivered over three intensive online training days, the program covers five integrated modules, including quantitative financial statement analysis, capital structure and cost of capital, and key business valuation methodologies. It also explores corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and secondary offerings, in addition to the legal and financial documentation framework used in corporate finance transactions. The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical application through case studies, exercises, and interactive group discussions.
