The importance of investor relations in listed companies is highlighted in communicating with investors, to ensure that the company’s information is provided in a comprehensive and adequate manner, which contributes to achieving the necessary transparency and credibility in the financial markets, which enables investors to form an accurate picture of the company’s performance, enabling them to make a rational investment decision. This training program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement the rules and requirements of the Capital Market Authority and achieve efficient performance, in addition to knowledge of the tools used to develop policies and procedures related to investor relations and the application of governance within the facility. As well as identifying the tasks and functions of investor relations in terms of relying on interactive data, managing files and services of the organization, and research related to analyzing the performance of the organization, preparing reports to follow up on the performance of the administration and submitting them to the senior management to make decisions related to them.
