About Program
The Financial Academy is launching the Corporate Banking Pioneers Program (CBP) in collaboration with the Sector Skills Councils and the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). This program is designed as an entry-level employment to develop the next generation of leaders in corporate banking. It is fully sponsored by HRDF and the participating financial institutions. The program will be conducted at the Financial Academy in partnership with the training provider Moody’s, offering a comprehensive 9-month learning experience that includes: In-person training at the Financial Academy, Virtual training, Self-paced learning, and On-the-job application with mentoring and coaching at participating financial institutions. The program will run from January 18 to October 31, 2026. Application till: December 6, 2025. Please note that registration does not guarantee admission. The selection team will carefully review all applications to ensure they meet the program’s requirements. The selection process may take up to 8 weeks from the date of submitting a complete application, and only accepted candidates will be contacted.
