This program aims to equip insurance company employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand the principles and frameworks of corporate governance in insurance companies, in accordance with international best practices and the regulations issued by the Insurance Authority (SAMA). It also helps participants recognize the importance of governance in enhancing transparency, internal control, policyholder and shareholder protection, and improving company performance and sustainability within the Saudi insurance market.
