Wallet and Seats Policy

Users must agree to the terms of service and all related conditions prior to issuing electronic vouchers or activating wallet balances through the platform's available technical tools.
The value of electronic vouchers or wallet balances may not be transferred, whether partially or in full, to any other user or entity.
Voucher values or wallet balances are non-refundable in cash and cannot be transferred after issuance or activation.
Voucher value cannot be converted into an electronic wallet balance.
Electronic vouchers and wallet balances shall expire after three (3) years from the date of issuance or activation. The Academy shall bear no responsibility if they are not utilized within this period.
Cancellation, exchange, or rescheduling of bookings paid through vouchers or wallet balances shall be subject to the Academy's approved policies, depending on the type of product or service.
The entity shall bear any additional fees associated with exchange or rescheduling processes—if applicable—and the Academy is not obligated to waive such fees.
Any refunded amounts resulting from cancellations shall be credited to the electronic wallet and shall be subject to all applicable terms and conditions.

Electronic vouchers may only be used to purchase products and services available on the platform.
Each voucher is issued for a specific product or service and may only be used for that same service.
Issuance of a voucher requires full advance payment for the product or service, along with the issuance of a tax invoice.
Vouchers must be used in full at the time of redemption and cannot be partially utilized.
Vouchers are issued according to the pricing specified in approved agreements, until quantities are exhausted or the agreement expires—whichever occurs first.
Vouchers cannot be combined with any discounts or promotional offers.
Vouchers are limited to use within the platform and may not be used for any external purposes.

The electronic wallet balance may only be used to register for training programs, examinations, or events available through the platform.
The wallet balance may not be used for any purpose outside the platform.
Wallet balances may not be transferred, whether partially or in full, to any other user or entity.
The wallet balance must always remain within the available limit and may not be negative. The Academy is not obligated to process any transaction that exceeds the available balance.
