Respect for time is fundamental to a successful learning experience. To ensure the program runs smoothly, participants are expected to attend sessions on time and return promptly after breaks and prayer times.
At the Financial Academy, you are our most valuable investment. Your participation represents an investment of your time, effort, and commitment to learning. We are dedicated to helping you achieve your learning objectives and maximize the value of your educational experience.
We value diverse perspectives and encourage respectful dialogue. Differences of opinion should always be expressed professionally and constructively. Please use appropriate language, avoid unnecessary debates, and refrain from discussing topics unrelated to the program.
Questions are an essential part of the learning process. If you have any questions or need clarification, we encourage you to ask and benefit from the knowledge and experience of the trainer and fellow participants.
Mobile devices, social media, work commitments, family, and other distractions may affect your focus and reduce the value of your learning experience. We recommend informing those around you of your participation in the program and limiting interruptions until the training has concluded.
Whenever possible, share what you have learned with your colleagues, friends, or family at the end of each day. Teaching others reinforces learning and helps you retain valuable knowledge.
