"At the heart of the transformation taking place in the financial sector, we—at Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF)—recognized that human capital is the key driving force of leadership and the cornerstone of sustainable excellence. Hence, our vision was clear: success is not limited to providing excellent banking services only; it also requires building highly competent and professional teams capable of keeping pace with the evolving changes and achieving future ambitions.
Accordingly, a strategic partnership with The Financial Academy (TFA) was launched to make professional development an integral part of our bank's culture. This partnership was not all about training; rather it served as a long-term investment in human resources, yielding tangible results that demonstrate the bank's commitment to improving its institutional capabilities and boosting its competitiveness.
The number of trainees and examinees from BSF who joined TFA's programs and obtained professional certificates reached 2,842, reflecting the scale of efforts made to establish a culture of continuous learning. Additionally, thirty leaders received training under signature programs, which empowered them with advanced leadership tools to steer the bank towards new horizons of growth and innovation.
This experience has set an example to follow for building strategic partnerships between financial organizations and professional development centers, where investment in human capital intersects with a vision of a nation that places knowledge at the heart of its progress."
