Thanks to a partnership with The Financial Academy (TFA), MEDGULF made a quantum leap in terms of human capital development – a goal sought by the Kingdom’s financial sector. Over 1,400 employees in our organization have been qualified after they were offered more than 50 specialized training programs by TFA.
These programs notably enhanced our employees’ efficiency, thus enabling them to keep abreast of the rapid evolutions in the industry, become more aware of the importance of continuous development, and develop resilience to future challenges.
Various TFA’s programs, especially those focused on fresh graduates as well as the “Innovation Hackathon”, have proven to be highly effective in upskilling our staff. Other activities such as “21st Century Business Skills”, “Professional Communication Skills for Insurance Sector”, and “Workshop on Generative AI” empowered our employees to leverage the latest technologies in operations, improve their skills and capabilities, and consequently contribute to realizing the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
The success achieved so far is just an initial milestone marking the beginning of a new era of bilateral productive cooperation, where we will be pushing for more accomplishments in the area of human capital development, eventually culminating in building a prosperous knowledge-based economy.
