At Alinma Bank, we place human development and community empowerment at the heart of our strategy. Upholding our commitment to social responsibility, we signed a cooperation agreement with The Financial Academy (TFA).
The agreement aims to promote financial awareness among among young people and women through training programs and educational workshops designed to raise financial literacy and support sustainable financial decision-making.
Likewise, we launched the Athar program to empower people with disabilities through training programs tailored to their needs; thereby contributing to their effective integration into labor market and enabling them to access fair employment opportunities.
As part of our efforts to align education with job market, we initiated Madarek — a program intended to nurture a new generation of promising talent by training and upskilling university students in line with the emerging requirements of banking sector.
We are also proud to launch the “Future Bankers” initiative. It is designed to attract and qualify fresh graduates through intensive training courses that focus on practical application and leadership skills development, ensuring their readiness to seamlessly integrate into work environment and assume future leadership positions. These initiatives reflect Alinma Bank's vision of building national talent capable of navigating and leading the future financial landscape with confidence and professionalism
