Future Financial Leadership Program (FFLP) is designed in partnership with Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) to prepare senior executives in the financial sector and enable them to anticipate the future and lead transformation in a financial environment characterized by increasing challenges and rapid change. The program focuses on building advanced leadership capabilities by integrating strategic foresight, self-leadership development, and organizational change leadership, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Financial Sector Development Program (FSDP). The program delivers an integrated learning experience that combines intensive face-to-face modules, virtual sessions, individual coaching, and practical simulations based on real-world challenges within the financial sector. Participants gain deep exposure to global economic and financial trends, analyze their implications within the local context, and develop innovative, actionable solutions that enhance organizational readiness for the future.
