As part of the Empowering Women Leaders Initiative, The Financial Academy, in training partnership with the GCC Board Directors Institute, offers a one-day interactive in-person workshop designed for newly appointed women board members and women leaders aspiring to join boards.
The workshop focuses on preparing leaders to better understand the boardroom environment, the roles and responsibilities of board members, and how to contribute effectively to discussions, share perspectives, and support decision-making. Through practical content and interactive discussions, participants will strengthen their board readiness and develop a more confident and impactful presence in the boardroom.
